I have broke my twin block brace! Will my jaw go backwards?!
Question: I have had my brace for about 2 and a half months, and i wear it all the time except when cleaning it, and taking it out for about an hour and a half for football on sundays. If it does start going back how long will it take to start going backwards?

You need to make an appointment with your orthodontist to get a new twin block made, if you broke yours. Your jaw will want to return back to it's starting point without the twin block in place. Whenever you have the twin block out of your mouth, your jaw will want to move backwards (especially since this is still the beginning of your treatment). This is why your orthodontist wants you to wear it all the time.
