Answers: do i massage them? how do i do this?

you should see a dentist...sounds like they're infected! it hurts for them to clean it out but you gotta do it.

see if this works first, my dentist had me put some hydrogen peroxide in a cup with some water. (1/4 peroxide, 3/4 water) swoosh that around for a while then spit.

try flossing also!

if these don't help, go see your dentist

You should see a dentist. Thats not normal

i think u should use tooth powder for use gums.

Sounds like gingivitis(inflammation of gingiva).
It mayb due to various reasons.
Most of all maintaining oral hygeine is imprtnt.
Brush twice daily.
N rinse after eating or drinking anything.
Sometimes even after all this u may have gingivitis due to ur periods or during pregnancy.
If u dnt take care of ur gingivitis, then it may eventually lead to periodontitis with bleeding gums and bone resorption.
So b careful.

swollen gums is an early symptom of gingivitis. gingivitis is being caused by bacterial plaque. these bacterial plaque are formed in your mouth and may affect not only your tooth and gums but also the bones and tissues underlying it.
if left untreated, swollen gums or gingivitis may lead into a more serious dental problem.

to fight gingivitis you should also fight its cause which is bacteria. good oral health hygiene is one effective way to prevent bacteria from forming in your mouth. brush and floss regularly and an aid from dental health products may of help too but be careful on choosing the right dental health products i suggest that you choose natural products for they do not contain harsh ingredients that may irritate your skin and gums. paying your dentist a visit regularly for check ups and professional cleaning will help detect in early symptoms of tooth and gum diseases.
