How long does it take to become a dentist or orthodontist?!

2, 3 or 4 years of specialty schooling in orthodontics

Eight years to be a Dentist. Two more to specialize in Orthodontics. Some schools may vary requirements a little. Check out the school you are interested in.

u dont necessarliy have to have 4 full year of undergrad. if u keep ur gpa up and score high enough on the dental school exam u can get in early. all up to the school. plus 2-4 years for a specailty like ortho. good luck!!
