Are apples good for teeth?!

Question: I've read that apples can somewhat cleanse teeth after meals, but I've also heard that they can cause damage as well. But are they more helpful or harmful for your teeth?

They are definetly more helpful to your teeth! They clean your teeth and give then a somewhat of a refreshment haha. Anyway You still have to brush but yeah def more helpful!

they also make your teeth more white. it whitens them!!!

Just like passing a toothbrush over your teeth, biting into an apple helps remove plaque build up on your teeth. So that is good. What is bad about them is that they contain sugar, and sugar will feed the bacteria that are left on your teeth (because you never floss) and will therefore help you develop cavities.
So...have an apple, but brush after eating it!

Yes they definetlety help clean teeth.
