actually i had all four of my wisdom teeth removed at the same time and recovered in no time. i would consider just doing it now bc the only thing that will take your pain away is something like lortabs, and NO doctor is going to prescribe a college student tabs. too many people have abused the system, and they are so addictive that it's better to just stay away.
GOOD LUCK :)

Gargle a mixture of salt and warm water or gargle a shot of whiskey or rum for curbing pain due to teething "wisdom teeth". More remedies and information regarding your wisdom teeth at http://useinfo-dentalcare.blogspot.com/

idk i jus got mine pulled...yeah im n college to..not like ur ganna miss anything...it only took them maybe like 30 min..

i think the only solution is to have them pulled out. The pain will not go away until they are out. Sorry to tell you :-(

idk if they will give you medicine if you are not getting anything done....I'd get them taken out now, I had mine done when I was 16...all 4 out at the same time...if you wait too long they could get impacted and thats not fun!!

well if u go to the dentist there gonna schedule the appointment but when i got mine taken out i just missed like a day of school so u can just miss at most 2 days and thats it...

GO TO THE DENTIST!! Stop avoiding it! Its only going to lead to worst situations!

if they're causing that much pain, they need to come out asap. as for missing classes, you'd only have to miss about 2-3 days maybe. I'd get the out as soon as possible so that they don't get infected or anything.

You really should get your wisdom teeth out. I know you're afraid of missing a lot of school, but you really need to get that done in the summer! As far as the pain, contact your dentist and he/she can possibly prescribe you some medication to alleviate the pain, probably Percocet or Vicodin. They work the best for moderate to severe pain! Hope youre feeling better - wisdom teeth suck.

I dont know if they will give you anything before your teeth get taken out.

But I do know that afterwards you usually get a strong pain reliever (like vicoden)

vicodin is the only thing that helped me. you should just get them out asap. mine only hurt really bad the rest of the day after i had them out. but its different for every person. you should just get them out because you will feel so much better and you get vicodin for the pain so you dont feel it.

They won't give you pain killers long term, just get it done on a Friday, by Monday they may be healed enough for you to go to class.

Although I don't really have a suggestion for the pain, I can tell you that the process of having them removed will put you out of things for about a day, 2 tops - so I would really suggest that you get those things out of there. The longer you wait, the more complicated it gets to remove them and the dentist could end up messing up a crucial nerve, leaving part of your mouth or face numb for life. Chat to a dentist asap!

if you get your teeth pulled you should be out for about a day, the next day you go just dont talk to anyone....better yet get them pulled on a friday, that should give you a good two and a half days rest, they will most likely give you vicodin..but when you get them pulled you will have a huge relief and some pain killers.

Firstly i recommend you go to your dentist, they can suggest the best thing for you. It may also be that the pain is them trying to grow out and settle in to the space- you may not need them removing. but on the other hand if on your dentists recommendation they need removing visit your dentist and book an appointment for when its convenient; most dentist refer patients to the hospital for wisdom teeth extraction.
For the pain i had ice pops at times and sometimes i simple moved some warm water around my mouth and bit my teeth together to help the wisdom teeth fit into a space that corresponds with the surrounding teeth.
hope it helps

paracetamol and ibuprofen every 4 hours of take two 3 times a day
