after duh.
before, it gets the gunk out so you can brush it off!
Brush, floss, mouthwash. IN that order
The dentist told me after so i do it after....but then i rinse with mouth wash
after
to get what the tooth brush missed
b4 and after just to be safe
b4...doing so after you can do as well, but rinse with an anti-septic then
after.
cause then you would rub the gunk back in between the teeth when youre brushing
=]
I brush, then I floss, and then I brush again. Just because why not get as much as you can with a toothbrush first to make the job easier, but then you'll have tartar chunks or whatever in your mouth afterward, plus usually my gums bleed a little, so you gotta brush again.
after. if you brush and can't get that stuff in between your teeth out, dental floss is your number 2 man.
I say b4 that way u have gotten all the food out cause brushing don't always get it.
after, brushing first loosens plaque and then flossing is easier. You can really get at it then! Then finish up with some mouthwash.
before, if you floss after u would get your mouth dirty with the plaque in between, if u do it before its cleaner
after you brush
I believe it's said that flossing should be done after you'd brush your teeth !?!.. "At times I might do it really well before I'd brush them in hopes I'll make loose things that I could easier brush before rinsing away anything that will be rinsed away after I'm done brushing!?! & or make GOOD use of mouthwash when done_just before I'd rinse. Doing those things or steps in different ways at times may be even better !?! But always finish with a GOOD RINSE !!
