i dont think so.. and dont let people scare you outta getting it done.. i was hloding my hubbys hand i thought it was gunna hurt bad.. and i jus felt a pinch and it was done.. just make sure you mouth wash with half wash and half water and take tylonal for pain. good luck!!!
it shouldn't. I had 6 cavities as a kid and i have my tongue pierced and have no problems whatsoever....i'd try it and if it hurts your teeth....take it out....
No, but the tongue piercing will hurt. My sister got a tongue piercing and it got really infected. Everyone I know who has gotten a tongue piercing has gotten it infected. When this happens, you sound like a drunk idiot trying to talk. Your tongue will hurt A LOT more than your teeth.

Consider this carefully. Tongue piercings can be dangerous. There is a documented case in which a tongue piercing actually caused a brain abcess.
