Your teeth pick up stain from foods and beverages over the years. Especially if you smoke, your teeth are not going to stay white for long. You could bleach again -- there are no valid studies proving that bleaching your teeth is harmful to the enamel. It is, however, potentially irritating to the gums. Staining can be removed by adequate brushing (this does not mean hard brushing) something like a Sonicare (top of the line) will definately help to remove stain from food and beverages. Good luck and remember: Excess Whitening solution will not make your teeth whiter, so only use the amount they tell you on the box.
If you want them to be whiter, them buy something like whitening strips. Usually, bleaching and whitening lasts for up to eighteen months.
