How can i convince my mom to let me get clear braces?
im supposed to get them soon, and i really dont wanna look ugly in the metal ones and i dont care if they can have colors. at my dentist the clear ones are the same price as the metal but my mom still wants me to get metal! please help!

Don't get clear braces!! They stain really badly, and after like a week they look much worse than metal ones. Just get metal ones, and if you want you can choose the clear rubber bands to go with, at least those get replaced when you go to the dentist.
Braces don't look that bad actually, especially if your teeth aren't like ridiculously jutting out. Just don't think so much about trying to make them invisible, or like no open your mouth when you smile, cuz that will just attract more attention. Just tell yourself that you'll have perfectly nice and straight teeth once you get those braces out. Believe me, it's worth it :) good luck! :D
