Has anyone tried the Listerine teeth-whitening dissolvable strips?!

Question: also, do they work, and if not, what would you prefer?

Answers: also, do they work, and if not, what would you prefer?

Yes i have tried them.
They do work and they make your teeth white.
The bad thing is as they dissolve they leave tiny bits of the strips b/w your teeth and when you go on with your life they begin to grind b/w your teeth making a bad feeling. Then the taste of the dissolved strips make you want to rinse your moth over and over. Eventually you will have to brush your teen or eat something strong (milk worked for me) to get the taste out.

It all depends of you are ready to make the sacrifice.

IS IT WORTH IT FOR YOU?

i heard that they're awesome. lol.

Hello, The reality is that all the "over the counter" tooth whitening products work about the same. How well any of them work depends on what shade of white your trying to achieve and is the tooth shade you have one that the product can actually change very much. If the issue is that the top surface of your teeth easily discolor, they do so from food or substance use such as tobacco. Those stains will come out reasonably easy. IF on the other hand your tooth shade is due to tooth layer colors that is a different story. A tooth is created of three layers of material, the inside bottom layer, the Pulp, is always Pink, the middle layer, the Dentin runs from tan, to brown to yellow and the outside layer, the Enamel runs from totally clear to gray to blue gray. Light penetrates a tooth when you talk, smile or grin and the light hits the Pulp and is reflected back through the tooth and blends the colors of the layers. Depending on the intensity of the layers as it emerges from the tooth, that blending is your tooth color. When layers are somewhat intense and you want to change them you would need to see a dentist and have possibly a laser procedure. The dentist has a number of procedures though. Good luck and I wish you well.

Teeth whitening strips are convenient compared with other teeth whitening treatments, it can be applied easily at your homes and it is relatively inexpensive compared to other treatments and it is available in any drugstore.

Teeth whitening strips are made of flexible plastic and they stick into the teeth. They can be applied to the teeth that you want to whiten especially the front teeth and if you may also choose not to apply on the hard to reach molars.

They are also made to be worn for several hours to let the carbamide peroxide- the whitening substance to take effect. They can be conveniently worn during usual activity like watching tv, exercise or even when you are sleeping.
Its results varies with the application but they take much longer than bleaching kits. If applied patiently you can notice your teeth whitens and brightens over time. However there are teeth whitening strips that can't achieved your desired results or the same with professional treatments.

Teeth whitening strips is only one of the many options for teeth whitening and can deliver your desired results. But there are also some considerations to take before choosing it as your teeth whitening treatment for they do come with some minor issues. Some of the teeth whitening strips do not stick very well in the teeth, they can fall off any time. And if they fall off meaning you need to reapply it. When applying teeth whitening strips your teeth needs to be dry so that they will stick properly and won't slide off your teeth.

Better alternative to teeth whitening are teeth whitening gels that are made from natural ingredients that can achieve professional results and won't irritate your gums.
