well i have braces myself and they hurt...alot when you first get them and when your teeth is moving. && i go to the orthodontist every month and they tighten then and you can't really eat nothing hard for 2 or 3 days. But they say you shouldnt eat certain foods but i eat everything i ate b4 i got my braces. Only thing is if ou eat the wrong thing... your wire breaks and poke you in the mouth and you have to go back to get it fixed. But the good side is that you get to get your rubber band color changed every month. Matter of fact.. i went yesterday and got blck and pink!! you can get your fave colors and they look really nice, especially if u have a fave color. But i think my braces are pretty. and i like them. i didnt at first but hey,,,,, i got use to them!!! and i thought it was gonna be difficult to kiss with them... but you just have to be a little more gentle and my boyfriend love em!!! ooh yea u gotta brush your teeth waaaay more like 8 times a day because everying you eat will stay in your braces until you clean out your mouth!!! hope i helped you!!! good luck and welcome to the metal mouth club....lol jkjk
Braces hurt a lot for the first few days, and then it's hard to know they're there after about 1-2 weeks
they hurt for lik a couple of days but then you get used to them and the good side is those beautiful straight teeth when you finish the treatment and get them removed
The process of putting them on does not hurt at all! But after an hour or so they'll be sore from moving around already. They'll hurt for a week or less. Just keep to soft food during then.
Popcicles make the pain go away for a bit too, so woo. lol

it doesnt hurt wen they put them on but it hurts after you will git yust to them and you will be glad you got them after their off.
