Bushing my teeth once a week is that OK?!

Question:

Bushing my teeth once a week is that OK?

Answers:

By not brushing your teeth regularly, you are risking decay and gum disease. The food particles left on and between your teeth will lead to cavaties over time. More importantly, by not brushing daily your gums are much more likely to become irratated by tartar and plaque. When you brush your gums will bleed and you will eventually get gum disease. If not treated, your gums will decay and become infected. Then you might require skin grafting to replace the gum and if the infection is serious you many die. I'm not trying to scare you into brushing your teeth, but it is really a good idea to do so because you most likely will end up in terrible pain later on if you don't brush!
