How often can i use whitening strips without getting addicted to them?!

first of all, you cant get addicted to them. also, i use crest white strips, and i wouldnt do them everyday if i were you. your teeth get suuuuper sensative to the point where you dont even wanna open your mouth. so maybe space it out. usually if you do two in a week, your teeth look sooo much whiter and it last for a long time if you keep up with brushing and stuff.
