I was told by my dentist I need braces and I can't do the Invisiligns either.I need old fashioned kind of braces for about a year and a half.My insurance won't cover it past the age of 25 I'm 29.

You really need to check with a local orthodontist. Prices vary depending on where you live. Also, there will be a price difference depending on what type of treatment you need and the length of treatment.
We charge $4350 for upper and lower braces for 2 years. $900 down the day we place the braces, and 23 monthly payments of $150. We charge $2700 for upper only, $450 down and 15 payments of $150.
Most orthodontists don't charge for the initial exam, so you may as well make an appointment and find out what they have to say.
