could be a cavity go see a dentist to check it out!

What type of toothbrush do you use? If its a medium or hard brush, you may have toothbrush abrasion, which is damage from that brush, causing removal of the enamel. A small amount of abrasion doesn't cause much sensitivity, but a large amount does, and can cause pain. That will need a filling to alleviate the discomfort. Also, are you right handed? People that are right-handed brush with more force on the left side of their mouth, and vice versa for left-handed ppl. Because of that, ppl tend to develop sensitivies on the side opposite of their dominant hand.

For being a sensitivity problem, i would recommend using sensodyne toothpaste, and see if this alleviates any of your discomfort. If that doesn't do so within a week, i'd recommend you set up an appointment with your dentist to better determine the reason for the sensitivity.
