what can i do to help it tried paracetemal and ibrofren the dentist isnt open till tuesday i think

Mouth wash. Keep the tooth as clean as possible. If you have any 'cloves' in your herb cupboard, take one of these and place it inside the mouth next to the tooth. If you have powdered 'cloves' rub a little of this around the gum next to the tooth with the hole.
If you cannot get to the dentist and you have a supermarket open near you now, get some oil of cloves. This will ease pain.
