Answers: even if its one hour of a nap it still smells like a 12 hour sleep
why?
somepeople experience a dry mouth due to breathing during sleep
there are several solutions
the mouth needs constant saliva mouisture to keep the abundant bacteria from drying and multiplying
i have found a otc solution by a known maker is a decent remedy
use the mouisture paste prior to sleep and the rinse upon awaking
regular use seems to bring a increase in saliva production
your dentist or dr. can prescribe available products for the same purpose
ask if they have any samples
contact your regular pharmacy ask for a list of the products take to dentist
your dentist should be able to adress this issue if its pushed aside make the importance of adressing the issue a office visits sole reason
getting into the habit of prevention and immediate attention upon waking will ultimatly be the greatest factor and allow the effects to be minimalized and the issue less noticable
i don't know. but that happens to everybody.
bacteria multiply in your mouth over night because you are not moving it about much. the bacteria is what gives off the smell
because of the bacteria in ur mouth. it makes ur breath deadly! lolz. jk
but it is because of the bacteria in your mouth
set up a videocamera to see if an invader is pooping in your mouth
when many people sleep they swallow less and there is less saliva produced. Your mouth goes dry.
I agree with the other answers that bacteria is the cause of the bad smell. Basically there are bacteria that produce bad smelling gasses, they would normally be growing in your mouth, but because you're not clearing away your saliva as frequently, they go crazy.
drinking more water can help a little, and the usual methods of reducing bad breath (flossing, brushing your tongue and cleaning your gums and teeth properly)
I think majoruty got stinky breath after a nap- not sure about after an hour nap...
