I do suggest i eat a chicken burger after i have on my braces for the first day?

after i have my braces, i go back to school, before lunch starts.
i know i should eat soft foods but my school doesnt have any & i dont wanna bring it to school. & if i do decide to eat that burger will my teeth hurt when i chew on it?

More than likely they will hurt, because you now have something on your teeth pulling them together, and that is going to be enough strain on your mouth as it is. You better just take something to school or see if your parents will take you by somewhere to get something soft to eat. Also you might want to make sure that there is plenty of ice cream in the house. Sometimes especially when you first get them on they will stab you in your lips and cheeks and it hurts! Make sure to use your wax when you get your braces on. That wax is just about your best friend when you get them on. Later you will be able to go without the wax. But one thing at a time.
