I recently got my braces, which are ok, but i really don't know how hard and fast to brush my teeth, i'm worried becuase if i do it too hard will my brackets come off................help

I'm not sure if brushing hard will make your brackets come off but do brush carefully. What I mean by that is at a good, nice speed. nowthing slow now cause the only thing that will do will waste time. The worst thing about braces, to me, is the no-gum rule lol
