Swollen gums, pain?!

Question: I am having pain in my lower jaw.. my gums are swollen in front of two of my molars-and also the pain runs down my neck a little- someone told me I might have an absess tooth, someone else said wisdom teeth- what do you think?? This sucks so bad

It seems like an abcess near your first molar. You must see a dentist asap.
