If you think you are starting to have a cavity, besides brushing you teeth, how can you prevent them?

If you have cavities you need to go to a dentist and get them filled. There is an awesome product out on the market called "Pro Health". It is a mouthwash by Crest that protects against several diseases. They also have it in toothpaste form too. Excellent product.
Make sure you brush your teeth before you go to bed. That is one of the best ways to take care of your teeth. If you can, brush your teeth after you eat too.
