Ok, This is how the story goes.
When i was younger i got addicted to amphetamines (base, wizz etc etc) due to being a complete idiot back then.
The problem is, If anyone knows then this is useless to them, But something in the drug eats away at your teeth, So my teeth are no longer pure white as i wish they were.
Also, I was born with, Umm. Im not sure the exact wording for it, but basically the top jaw isnt wide enough which forces them to go crooked.
With both problems out there, Whats the best way to go about getting them looking decent. I have been to the dentist numerous times, and while they are great at shoving metal anywhere they find a little space, They dont help any towards what i really want.
So, What options do i have?

Just for clarification, I dont mind paying for whats needed. I just want to know the options i have altogether. Thanks

To further explain the problem thats sending them kinda crooked. Here is a type of example.
An average tooth line on the jaw would look something like (left side) and how mine is would be more like on the right side of the below diagrams (If you can call them that)
