Can people with braces use whitening strips?!

Question: I'm going to answer your question, with another one.

If you spray paint the ground. You put some paper on the ground, spray paint and remove the paper.

Now will the ground be spray painted where the paper was?

While some orthodontist tell people yes, I say NO. Just wait till you are done and use these when you get them off. For help now, use a whitening mouthwash. If you get your teeth to white for some reason while the braces are on, it is very difficult and sometimes impossible w/out professional (expensive) whitening. First hand experience with a person who's orthodontist said yes and she spent lots of money trying to even it out after having braces removed.

You can, but when the brace come off, ur teeth will be white except for the spot where your braces were!

you CAN buttt.......
dont

No, you don't want to have spots on your teeth after getting the braces off. Use a whitening toothpaste or mouthwash they white the teeth gradually. Take care of your teeth and don't let them get any more yellow, though.

No No No No No No No No No No No No No No No!

First, the whitening strips won't fit over the braces. Secondly, the whitening won't reach underneath the braces themselves. You will have checkerboarded teeth that will be very expensive and very difficult to even out after your braces come off. For now, brush very well with whitening toothpaste, limit staining foods like soda (bad for teeth all around), coffee, and tea. If you get colors put on your braces, you can ask for navy blue. The dark blue counter-acts the natural yellow in teeth, making them appear more white. About 6 months after your braces come off is when you should think about whitening them, if you still think you need it.
