Crest White Strips..?
I was wondering how well Crest White strips work, Like when is the first day you actually notice results AND are you SUPPOSED to brush your teeth after you take them Out?!!?!?

they are awesome!!! u will really notice results, i promise, i just started a few days ago and after the second time using them i already noticed that they were whiter, they are a bit tricky to get in at first but once you get the hang of it, its easy! to tell you the truth i really don't know if you are supposed to brush your teeth afterwards, it never said on the box, however, what i do is i use them in the middle of the day, and when all of the gel is left on my teeth when i take the strips off i just rinse my mouth with water, you don't need to brush them
anyways.....definately get them it is worth every penny
