Headgear for braces?!


Question: Why do people need Headgear braces? I'm getting braces and the doctor didn't say anything about headgear. I'm kind of scared because I have a crossbite.

my sister only wore the head gear to bed
not all day
i've never known anyone that wore it during the day
can you get clear brasses?
you shouldnt be scared you teeth need to be JACKED up for you to get headgear ..
