Anyone who had braces recently.?

Hi. Did you ever get cavities under your braces? If so, how often did you brush? Thanks.

I never got cavities when I had braces, which is suprising because [i had'em for 2 years] the last year i had them, i didn't do the greatest job of using the x-mas tree brush, and flossing.

However, if you have a cavity, it might be because you just aren't brushing long enough with your regular brush. Also, try swtiching to a flouride-filled, anti-cavity toothpaste. And check out Act mouthwash. It's great for braces.
