Urgent help with my braces please?!
Question: hello all;
first of all sorry my english it is not my native language, i will get my braces tomorrow! and i am 26 years old lol. I will just wear them on the lower theet not upper, because i have no problems with the upper theet, so i wonder anybody weared them on just one part like me and any problems happened like if your doctor said it will ruin your chin so you should also wear them to the other part? i spoke with my doctor and he said no there will be no problem but i am reading and reading from internet people says that for example; they first wear braces on the upper theet and their doctor put other braces on lower theeth and stuff... please help?

You should be fine. I know several people that have just had them on the bottom and their teeth turned out fine. I'm currently wearing braces and I just have them on my top teeth. I haven't had any problems with them. I'm actually getting them off in a few weeks.
If your lower teeth are crooked and your upper teeth are straight, then you really only need the braces on your lower teeth. There are no promises with braces, but almost everybody does fine with them. It is very rare that it would ruin your chin.
(the case of the ruined chin that i heard was from pulling too many teeth before the braces were applied)
ok, u shouldnt have ne problems at all! ur ortho knows whats right for ur mouth. trust me
