Hi there -

Our teeth, gums and tongue naturally just get stale
and foul because of the bacteria accumulating at night.

There's an amazing product on the market, though -
It contains not just a 'mouthwash' but a bacteria "Killer"
- The Ingredient is...Zytex.

I use the spray - Keep it nearby, the rinse, and the
toothpaste. I am not reaching for it every 5 min.s either,
although I keep the spray handy - and I don't smell like
Scope or Listerine! Keep it by your bedside table, even.
It's called "Breath Rx,
and keeps it's promise. (I sound like an ad here lol but it works)! Just wanted to share...:)

Sleep with your mouth open... lol. Just brush, floss, scrape your tongue and rinse with Listerine before bed... and right when you wake up!

brush your teeth every morning. use mouthwash after that and chew minty gum=) floss your teethe after everymeal and at night wash your teeth for two miutes. do same as morning.

Brush right BEFORE going to bed. Don't eat anything after your brush. I eat carrots and chew gum in the morning to neutralize breath. Peanuts also work.
