Anybody used hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash to whiten teeth???
I'm curious to know if this is alright and if there are any dangers to doing so as it's been recommended to me by a couple different people.

It has whitening agents. I use it to rinse my mouth if I have a sore on my gums.There is a food grade that you can swallow.
It won't kill you if you swallow a minute amount.
