You might get 2/3 shots in the area near the tooth if so, and it will be pulled. Then maybe, some stitching.

IF they have not come out yet, then anesthesia as previously mentioned, scalpel to cut the gum, and a pair of plier looking tool to grab the tooth, and pull :)
Does not hurt more than the sticky from the anesthesia actually...
And if you are too impressed, mention that to the doc so they avoid you fainting! First time i got a tooth removed, i was so impressed by the sound it made when it was pulled, i had to sit up for a moment and breathe air cause i was going white with impression :)
Overall though, nothing to be scared of :)
Best of luck, and remember to sleep in a semi sitting position to avoid bleeding, dont smoke to avoid pressure on the blood clots, dont eat, and dont worry, wisedom teeth are more destiny than chance lol!

I got four of mine taken out. Its a simple procedure. You're put to sleep, they go in and remove the teeth, stitch you up and send you home. They'll be giving you some painkillers for when the pain kicks in, and you can't really eat any real food for a week, but I think its worth it.
