Theres actually a FEW things this could be.

The first girl was right :) When your young and you get too much fluoride you can get something called fluorosis. Unfortunately that will never go away if thats the case, but if you just noticed them now then thats probally not it.

It could be an incipient lesion. Which is where your tooth is starting to demineralize and it is in the very first stages of a cavity. Dont worry though, this is the best stage! If you brush and floss and rinse properly this will go away :)

It could also just be staining, my boyfrinds teeth are like that, on his front tooth its slightly stained and in the bottoms ( called the incisal edge) are white as ever! lol

You could have hyper calcification too, a girl in my class has that, its just a very well calcified spot on your tooth.

Hope this helps!!

I have the same exact thing! My dentist said that it's because when I was little I lived in the city and the water had flouride in it. The flouride caused the white spots and it's horrible because if you try get rid of them by whitening your teeth it won't work. My dentist said that it will just make the spots whiter.

same here , my dentist said its cause i was ill when it was forming so i asked if it makes them weaker n he said it can actually make them stronger

iv got two ony my bottom front teeth n one up top

You've probably got a discolouration.

I have 1 of them on my front teeth

They can be caused for a number of reasons

but are usually formed by some drug given to you when your teeth were forming that may have been a wrong drug pescribed from your doctor.

You can get it removed by your dentist by getting veniers

:)
