Use mouthwash before or after brushing teeth?

I use Plax before and after brushing. It doesn't burn like listerine and I find it somewhat better at loosening any crap in my teeth. I have a pretty sensitive mouth so the non-burn aspect is important to me. If listerine works better for you, by all means use it. Like anything else out there, something may work better for me that you don't think works well at all for you.
My personal routine is as follows;
1) rinse with plax
2) floss
3) brush
4) rinse with plax again to kill any germs knocked out from between my teeth that brushing didn't get.
