Does the NHS pay for my braces or retainers. im 15?

i have already had retainers for my over bite and now i want to tidy up a few bottem front teeth, my old dentist in NZ had sanded off a little bit of it a year ago, telling me it will move back naturaly- but they didnt. im worried that if i dont make my teeth completely straight, cavities may form.

You can get all treatments on the NHS up until you are 18.
