You will need to try and find an NHS dentist. Contact your local Health authority and they will let you know if there are any in your area.

Unfortunately if you have a private dentist and become unemployed you still have to pay that private dentist..

Unfortunately, I don't think you go anywhere. I have several friends that can't get an NHS dentist.

Call your local dental society. If you don't know where they are, contact the American Dental Association. The society will give you the names of dentists that provide free or sliding scale services.
