Teeth Whitening?!

Teeth Whitening?

Okay so I have had braces a long time ago but i did not take good care of my teeth. They are stright but they are not white.

Anyway I was wondering how do you get them to be white with out ruining them.


Answers:

Don't attempt to whiten.
You will loose protective enamel, and finally teeth.
