Tongue tie surgery?!

Question: hi my tongue is really short and i wanna get the surgery to reverse my tongue tie. but i have a vein in the little flap of skin that they have to cut. will that cause any problems? also, that flap is really sensitive on me idk why

That 'flap of skin' is called the lingual frenum. The veins in it can be cut and reattached without a problem. In your case the ligual frenum is probably sensitive because it's being strecthed all the time due to your ankyloglossia (tongue tie).
