Why does my zwinky do this?!

Question: every time i go to a room this thing pops up and says zchat
you have lost conection with the sever.every time i go it does that and it bothers me so much!please help!

should have posted in internet problems but thats okay I know what its like to be new and lost. I found that zwinky cause all kinds of problems like adware and viruses that make computers do weird things . Try doing a virus and adware scan and see if that clears up the problem.

Is this a health problem? I can't even guess what your zwinky is. Is it part of the body? Why does it pop up?
