You should be more worried about the SLS (sodium laureth sulfate) in your toothpaste, not the fluoride. Check out Spry brand, they use xylitol and they have a non-fluoride toothpaste & no SLS.

I get it at Walmart and they make a fluoride free toothpaste. It gets your teeth really clean too. They also make a mouthwash.

Why do you want a toothpaste without fluoride?
If you don't swallow it, there are no negative effects, but there could be real benefits. Any very minor cavities can often be reversed with fluoride (topically).
