I've always heard that too..that and peroxide. Just add some baking soda to your toothpaste when you brush
No, but if you use peroxide it may help to whiten them. Peroxide whitens finger nails, too. If you really want to whiten them, you should talk to your dentist.

I've never tried, and I wouldn't want to either. Get a whitning toothpaste and try that instead. No promises though. Whitning products can work great for one person and not at all for another.

The only way to really whiten your teeth is at the dentist...and it's safer than what you describe. Call a few dentists who offer this service to compare price and also ask those dentists for some custome referrals - talk to someone who's had that done at that office. Good luck!
