Chewing ice can cause you to chip your teeth. And loosing weight, it won't work. Why not eat healthy snacks like fresh fruit and veggies instead of Ice? At least healthy snacks have some nutritional value.
well it kinda ruends ur teeth so kinda dont
Ice doesnt make you lose wieght and ice can chip small peices of you teeth
They get cold. (Lose Weight that's wierd, no offense)
lmao, i might try the ice thing to lose weight :D
it hurts your teeth and can probably damage them. it's best to not bite ice.
I think it just weakens your enamel.
And it could possibly chip a tooth,
and people she means like if she's hungry she will eat ice instead of chocolate or something.
it really does help,
it like drinking water,
but it's solid so it makes you feel fuller.
:]
The most common way it hurts the teeth is by causing part of the tooth to break off.
This rarely happens on teeth that have never had any dental work.
Most commonly it happens on teeth that have had fillings.
If you think about it, a hole is made in the tooth and the filling is packed into it.
There is only a thin shell of tooth holding in the filling. This thin shell is often only as thick as an eggshell.
Bite a hard piece of ice just the right way and it cracks the tooth!
