Do diet and low sugar fizzy drinks stil rot your teeth?!

Question: Yes, they can. They are still acidic in nature. So, all day sipping can give your teeth too much sugar and cause enamel wear/cavities. The important thing is to drink it and be done and not sip it all day long. However, it is much healthier for you teeth than real soda.

They can, anything with sugar can cause cavities. Like the person who said not to sip on it all day long, they are correct. The bacteria in your mouth need sugar, and with it they produce acid that cause caivties.

yes because they are still carbonated and fizzy, and this makes them acidic. because they are acidic, this wears down the enamel on your teeth.
