To miss maxillofacial surgery?

To miss maxillofacial surgery(assisting) Reto Spain. I am a Filipino, My husband work here.....?
My husband work in the Department of Foreign Affairs here in the Philippines and was expecting for a post assignment in our Philippine Consulate in Barcelona,Spain, this June 2007. I am so concerned if i can still practice my profession in Spain
