Peeling around my mouth!!?!

Question: So for a while now below my bottom lip and corners not the actual lip itself will get very noticable white skin that I can peel off and it will look normal just a little red?? Do you know how I can get rid of this because it is getting very annoying!! I do have eczema but have never had it on my face and have used that medicine on it and it does not work!! Thanks bunches!!

I am no Doctor, I would call the Pharmascist and ask them.
