Yesterday i had 4 teeth extracted , but i am having severe pain in the 4th one a!


Question:

Yesterday i had 4 teeth extracted , but i am having severe pain in the 4th one and i can see some white stuff.

this looks like a bone but it is a bit soft. Can any1 please tell me that what is it ?? and why am i having this pain??

Yesterday i went to my dentist ,He said that its normal . Just healing process and he has given me some antibiotics too but the pain is still there ANY HELP?


Answers:

The blood clot may have come out and you have dry socket. The bone, when exposed , can cause excrutiating pain. Call your dentist and have him/her check it out. They usually can just *stuff* the hole to cover the exposed bone.
