Ligature colors?!

Ligature colors?

I'm a 41 year old smoker/coffer drinker with ceramic braces. I just got them 3 weeks ago and went with the clear ligatures. I found that they got stained pretty quickly (as I expected) so I plan to experiment with different colors.

I'm currently wearing bubble-gum pink, but they're a big mistake! From across the room, my smile looks a little bloody and they also tend to make my teeth look rather yellow - which they're actually not.

What colors might better resist stains but also won't look totally odd or make my teeth look jaundiced?

The brackets aren't stained, only the ligatures.

hey i no what you mean you might also find colours like pink will stain too

i liked blue but over time can stain too a greenish colour

right now i have a deep purple on which i really like and it hasn't stained at all

i think it also makes my teeth look whiter =]

just experiment with different colours and you will find one you really like =]
