Just got my tongue pierced. Whats the best aftercare?

Been washing my mouth out after smoking and eatting, is there anything else i should or shouldn't do?


Answers:

You shouldn't actually SUCK on anything, makes it hurt more.
Mine healed really fast and I rinsed with mouthwash religiously.
And ate alot of ice.
If you eat anything really citrusy it will hurt so be aware.

Thats it..its easy and it heals fast.
