You need to brush more often, floss, use Listerine mouth wash and clean your tongue. Also, make sure you change your toothbrush every month. See your dentist for a complete checkup and cleaning, and tell the hygenist your problem.

mouth wash, flosssing, brushing more than twice a day. If you have a tounge ring, that usually causes bad breath. Or if you grew up with bad teeth habits it may have come back to haunt you now..

do it twice every day thts disgusting! and use mouthwash! god dang boy once a day?! maby u have gingavites, check with your dentist!

mouthwash?

go to the dentist you probaly have a disease

Definitely try flossing. Many times food gets built up in between the teeth and starts to rot (fart smelling). If that doesnt work you may have an intestinal infection. To find out, try brushing really good. Then have someone smell your mouth (but dont breath when they do). Try it again when you breath. If it only smells when you breath you probably should have a doctor (not dentist) check it out cause you may have an infection.

brush your tongue, and read

You need to floss along with brushing.Make sure you don't have a tooth that is rotting. If you are having any other health issues like your kidneys might be giving you trouble you should see a doctor.I don't know why but if you kidneys are going bad it can cause your breath to smell like a gorilla just ripped one.Seriously.

At a minimum brush your teeth twice a day.

Brush your teeth for 2 minutes at least. 6 seconds per tooth (3 seconds on the front and 3 seconds in the back).

Position the bristles of your toothbrush to a 45 degree angle towards the gumline.

Brush your tongue after you have brushed your teeth.

Floss at least once a day. Follow the instructions on the back of the floss.

Get your teeth cleaned at regular intervals by your dentist. You might have more gums issues than regular brushing and flossing can take care of, so see your dentist.

You definitely have to try flossing, use mouth wash, Listerine strips, AND brush your teeth at least TWICE A DAY! I brush my teeth 3 times a day, floss in the morning and night, and use mouthwash to rinse my teeth(morning, afternoon after school, and night). You most likely have plaque and gingivitis on your teeth.

Brush at least twice a day, and/or after every meal, use mouthwash in the morning after u brush ur teeth(dont use more than once a day) and chew gum or use listerine pocket packs before you talk to someone special :]

could have a bad stomach thats causing your bad breath if you have brushed your teeth and it still stink.are you may have bad teeth this will cause breath to stink.

brush more often, chew gum, carry mints.

Brush on the bottom/top of teeth and brush your tongue very well.

The tongue is where most of the bacteria lives.

Ever woke up and you have a film around your tongue?
That would be the bacteria dried up with plaque.

Thats why brushing in the morning is necessary.

Flossing and using mouthwash is good too.

As well as eating something.

Some of the smells can come from the stomach if you haven't ate in a while.

Its good to eat when you're hungry because that could become a permanent problem with your life.

Your breath may stink because of the food you eat.Or some left over food might be stuck in the inside and cause it to smell. Maybe you should try brushing twice a day. Maybe that'll help. good luck!

r u kidding??????? ONCE a day?? U need to brush them twice a day or three times a day. one in the morning and once at night and use mouthwash and dental floss
