i want whiter teeth..how do i achieve that without spending alot of money..alot being more than five lol..help would be much appreciated :)

Don't smoke and avoid caffeine. Brush your teeth twice a day with a toothpaste that has that oh so special "whitening effect" labelled on it and pick up some over the counter whitening dental trays if that doesn't do the trick fast enough for you.
The most efficent way to get whiter teeth (other then the fundamentals listed in the beginning) is to get a dentist to bleach your teeth for you instead of using the over the counter stuff. That's a bit costly though.
