Im 24 yrs.old, My wisdom tooth is giving me alot of pain...It started hurting last nite and I put some orajel on it ...This morning when I got up my right side of my face is so sore and my neck even hurts...I have been putting orajel on it all day, but it only works for a few min. I called one dentist to make an appt. and they said if it was my wisdom tooth, I would have to wait until it comes so they can cut it out... It hurts to open my mouth..It hurts to even eat and drink..If you know of anything I would really appreciate it...

it sounds like you have a nice little infection going on....you should call your dentist back and see if they will call you in a prescription for an antibiotic and pain medication....even if they were able to work on your tooth tomorrow they couldn't or wouldn't if it is infected...which you have all the signs of having...and your pain will only get worse if let go......If they will not do this for you ...you can go to the ER ..they can't pull your tooth...but they can give you something for the pain and prescribe you antibiotics....until you can arrange for something to be done with your tooth....
I have lots of experience with this.. at this very moment I am also suffering with a tooth infections.... and up until about two hours ago I was truly suffering....I went to the ER and got medication .....trust me on this...over the years I have tried many times to ride a toothache out....and failed...the longer it goes unattended the worse the pain will get.....I am sorry you are going through this...just don't put off getting something for it or you are really going to be hurting......
