ok i dont remember, but im pretty sure u can use slaty warm water, but i dunno if thats right or not if so, how much slat do i use?

Yes it is sure to kill the germs and get rid of the problems. Boil water and let it cool. Then fill a mug and add probably 1-2 teaspoons of salt and swill it around the mouth. It definately works.
